Registration cancellation and refunds:
Participants cancelling on or before the 20th July 2010 will be entitled to an 80% refund. Cancellations after the 20th July 2010 will not be entitled to any refund. Alternatively, the registration may be transferred to a new delegate at a 10% substitution fee

Please ensure that all payments are made correctly as overpayments will only be refunded after the conference.
