The purpose of this agenda setting day is to detail a “Call for Action”
outlining the projects to be undertaken and policies that need to be enacted in
order to make the world a safe place for babies, especially the neonates. We
also will examine COINN mission and strategic plan within the global context of
policy. Interactive and small group meetings with the COINN Board of Directors
and member organizational representatives as well as other interested local,
national, and international organizational representatives will be a crucial
part of this "Call to Action" and agenda setting day. Finally, we will have
academic, practitioners, and policy makers offering their ideas and analyses.
These presentations will be in group’s small enough for significant audience
