Only bookings made through the Conference Company will qualify for these special rates. Please kindly indicate on your registration form should you wish to make an accommodation booking. Please note the following:

• All rates below are per person per night bed and breakfast and include VAT at 14% but exclude a 1% tourism levy which must be paid directly to the hotel on departure
• All accommodation is booked on a first come first served basis
• A shuttle service will be provided to transport delegates staying at the official conference hotels

• Accommodation booked must be pre-paid in full by 23rd August 2010. All bookings thereafter are to be paid for on receipt of invoice Check in at 14h00 and check out at 10h00
• Cancellations made after 23rd July 2010: 50% charge on first night’s accommodation
• Cancellations made after 23rd August 2010: 100% charge on first night’s accommodation
• Cancellations made after 23rd September 2010: 100% charge on the entire stay
• Please ensure that all payments are made correctly as only overpayments will only be refunded after the conference
• Please note that The Road Lodge hotel has double beds and thus no twin accommodation
• The above official hotels have been selected and recommended with your safety and comfort in mind. Delegates making their own accommodation arrangements at other establishments do so at their own risk
• Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges both local and international, these charges will be for the delegates own account. Full payments for these charges are required

Airport Transfers
